August Instagram Highlights!
Thailand
A few weeks ago, we shared Garrett and his soccer team in Indonesia, and today we're back with Wilfrid, who recently started his program in Thailand! Wilfrid was able to join his host school's soccer team already on his first day, and had a great time getting to know his new school peers on the field.
Malaysia
The YES Abroad students to Malaysia and India recently arrived in Kuala Lumpur and New Delhi to start their program, which kicked off with their arrival orientations and language camps!
Indonesia
Iris, who recently started her program in Indonesia, wears her green gym day uniform to her host school in Medan. Once a week, the class gets together for workouts and to play sports. Iris’ favorite activity has been playing soccer with her classmates. Let’s go Iris!
Morocco
The Morocco 24-25 cohort participated in a beach cleanup at the Sale Medina beach with @nsliy summer participants and their language partners a couple of weeks ago. The mayor and other local officials also came out for the event to thank students for their work!
Giving back to the host community is an important part of the YES Abroad program, keep up the good work!
